Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, and your payment will be applied to a future session or refunded in full.
Because animal communication sessions involve dedicated time, energy, and preparation, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
Animal communication is an intuitive practice, and while every effort is made to provide a meaningful and helpful session, specific results cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, refunds are not offered based on the content or outcome of a session.
